Hello Connectors,
The Suggestions & Improvements category is open and available to everyone. This is the place to go if you have thoughts on how we can improve our Mercell products and the Customer Community.
Submitting your idea is simple:
- Click the “Create Topic” button to get started
- Click “Idea” to tag your Topic as a suggestion
Give your Topic a fitting title and then use the Description window to add more details. Please include as much information and details about your suggestion as possible. Any necessary examples will be helpful, and don’t forget to include the name of the product or service in the title and description.
Once you’re happy with your Topic go ahead and click post, and your idea will be added to the list of suggestions.
Submitted ideas will be reported to the team and considered for implementation. The current status of all suggestions can be checked and tracked at the top of the Suggestions & Improvements category.
Please keep in mind that we won’t be able to implement all incoming suggestions, but we will do our best to accommodate the community’s wishes.
