How to Submit a Suggestion so we can Improve our Products and Services

Hello Connectors,The Suggestions & Improvements category is open and available to everyone. This is the place to go if you have thoughts on how we can improve our Mercell products and the Community. Submitting your idea is simple: Click the “Create Topic” button to get started Click “Idea” to tag your Topic as a new suggestion or ideaGive your Topic a fitting title and then use the Description window to add more details. Please include as much information and details about your suggestion as possible. Any necessary examples will be helpful, and don’t forget to include the name of the product or service in the title and description.Once you’re happy with your Topic go ahead and click post, and your idea will be added to the list of suggestions.Submitted ideas will be reported to the team and considered for implementation. How to Start a Discussion or Ask a Question

Dear Connectors!Do you have a question to which you need an answer? Are you looking to start a discussion to gain experience? Look no further, friends! This article will tell you everything you need to know about how and where to post a topic to the Mercell Customer Community.When you want to create a new topic, whether it’s a discussion or question thread, just click the “Create Topic” button in the top right corner. This button will be visible on all pages of the community hub, so you can create a topic from anywhere!Clicking the button will take you to where you create your new topic. Your first order of business is deciding what topic you’re making:A Question topic is for questions that other Connectors can answer. Conversations are open discussions around a specific topic or prompt. You can also use these kinds of topics to ask and answer questions, but we recommend asking questions with specific answers under the Questions category. Chances are your fellow Connectors can help you out with whatever you need. Post your questions or discussions to the community here. We also recommend heading to our Knowledge Base for additional help.However, we also know that sometimes there are issues that are beyond the scope of the community. Things like software bugs and similar issues could pop up.
