New business opportunities that you may not have considered can be uncovered.Mercell’s Explore section is a repository of all the tenders that have been published using Mercell Bidding. From the initial overview you can search for specific keywords, contracting authorities or categories in order to narrow your focus and find what you’re looking for. Maybe something in a Monitoring Profile eliminated a potential opportunity? Explore will help you find it!Want to assess new markets? Explore can let you search for tenders in specific areas and then evaluate if they are worth adding to your Monitoring Profile. Or are you waiting for a specific tender and wondering if it’s live? Business opportunities and Monitoring Profiles can easily be shared across team members, and everyone can work together to find the best deals.Here are ways you can collaborate with your organisation in Mercell Bidding:Sharing Opportunities:If you find relevant tenders and opportunities in either Explore or My Opportunities, you can easily share these with other members of your team. Clicking the share button in a tender will let you send a notification about the tender directly to their inbox. You can even add an optional message in case there’s something specific you want them to know!Comment on Business OpportunitiesTenders listed in Explore or My Opportunities can also be commented on directly in Mercell Bidding. Clicking on the icon that looks like a speech bubble will bring up the comments feature.Comments can serve as notes, updates, or inputs for o

When using Mercell Bidding, the Monitoring Inbox is your one-stop shop for information related to your active monitoring profiles. Clicking the Inbox icon after logging in will take you directly to the Monitoring Inbox.When you’ve set up a monitoring profile, your inbox will contain a live view of all matching tenders related to your active profiles. More filters or a broader search will likely result in a greater set of potential matches for your inbox. The business opportunity matches that are shown in your monitoring inbox will reflect any changes you make to your monitoring profile. For example, this means that if you add a new CPV code or region, the monitoring inbox will instantly include additional matches, as well as the historical matches. The same applies if you remove items.After accessing your inbox you can search, filter, and review all relevant opportunities. Clicking the “More filters” link will bring up the list of available filters. As you find opportunities in Mercell Bidding, whether it’s through a Monitoring Profile or the Explore feature, you’ll notice that some are a better fit for you and your business than others.To keep track of these, the “My Opportunities” section of your profile gives you an overview of your most important opportunities.Explore My OpportunitiesThe dashboard is divided into four distinct sections:Saved Opportunities:Tenders you find through the Explore feature or your monitoring inbox can be saved to be viewed later by clicking the save icon.
