We’re here to share some tips about what to do when faced with CTM/EU-Supply login issues.
Questions around logins and account creation come up in our support inbox on a regular basis, so we wanted to take some time to write down some steps you can take if it happens to you in CTM/EU-Supply.
If at first you don’t succeed, try resetting your password
If you’re trying to log into CTM/EU-Supply and can’t get into your account, the first thing to try is resetting your login credentials.
Click “Forgot your password?” to get started. The system will then guide you through resetting your password and eventually bring you back to the login screen.

If the system is unable to find your account, it likely means you don’t have a CTM/EU-Supply account.
Registering a new account
If you want to participate in tenders published in CTM/EU-supply, you need to be registered as a supplier.
From the CTM homepage, clicking “New supplier registration” will let you register as a supplier. Successfully saving the form will complete registration and immediately allow you to log in.
In some cases you may receive an error message stating “a company with the same company name, organization number, or administrator already exists”. If this happens to you, you need to get in touch with our customer support team via email. Company information cannot be shared over the phone.
