Mercell Bidding allows people in a single organisation to effortlessly keep everyone on the same page with our collaboration tools. Business opportunities and Monitoring Profiles can easily be shared across team members, and everyone can work together to find the best deals.
Here are ways you can collaborate with your organisation in Mercell Bidding:
Sharing Opportunities:
If you find relevant tenders and opportunities in either Explore or My Opportunities, you can easily share these with other members of your team. Clicking the share button in a tender will let you send a notification about the tender directly to their inbox. You can even add an optional message in case there’s something specific you want them to know!
Comment on Business Opportunities
Tenders listed in Explore or My Opportunities can also be commented on directly in Mercell Bidding. Clicking on the icon that looks like a speech bubble will bring up the comments feature.
Comments can serve as notes, updates, or inputs for other members of your organization that have the correct access. It’s a great way for everyone to communicate in the same space.
Share Monitoring Profiles
The Mercell Bidding collaboration tools also allows you to ensure your colleagues receive the same business opportunities as you by sharing Monitoring Profiles. Head to your Monitoring Profile overview by clicking your name in the top right corner, and you’ll then see a list of all your created profiles.
By selecting the three dots next to a profile, you can then choose “Copy Profile” to copy and share the profile with other users in your organisation. This will duplicate the profile.
