Hello Ederoo!

Welcome to the Mercell community. When you are setting up or editing a tender, there should be a button in the top right corner that lets you highlight missing required fields.

There should be a subsection called “Participating Organisations” where you can add other organisations to the tender. There’s also information about adding participating organisations in our Knowledge base: https://support.mercell.com/space/MKB/196280321225/Create+a+New+Notice#Participating-Organisations

Let me know how you get on and if you need any additional information!

Thanks for your answer. I am a supplier who responds to an existing tender and I want to invite a partner organization to work together.

See image: Tender → Collegues → Partner organizations

I am able to invite somebody but when accepting he gets the message that information is missing.

Hey again ederoo!

It’s most likely that someone has missed some information that needs to be filled in, but it’s difficult to say what without seeing your screen directly.

Please ensure that the partner organisation is adding all the necessary information before they accept the message. If you’re still running into problems, the partner organisation will likely need to reach out to our customer service team for more direct help.

Hello Jens Erik,

The partner organization gets the email and her organization profile is filled-in. In the invitation there is only a button to accept or decline and when clicking on accept, this screen is presented without further knowledge.
