This week we’ll be highlighting our Knowledge Base of support articles and how you can find them when you need them.

How to Find Support Articles in the Knowledge Base

Our support team here at Mercell have put together a plethora of support articles that live in the Knowledge Base. These explain everything from how to optimally use our products and services to how to solve or overcome potential issues.

This repository of knowledge is conveniently located on a single page: support.mercell.com. In this hub you will find support pages listed by product and country. Click on your specific product and country to get started!

From here you have three options: you can head to the Mercell Community (which is where you’re reading this article, hi!). You can contact our support team directly, or you can access the Knowledge Base. In this particular case we’re heading to the English language Knowledge Base for Mercell Tendering and Bidding.

From here you’ll see an overview of all the different support articles available in this particular part of the Knowledge Base. The articles will usually be grouped by categories on the left side of the screen. You can also use the search feature to look for the specific articles you need. Just start typing in a keyword in the search bar and the search engine will handle the rest.

Once you’ve found the article you’re looking for, simply click it to get started.

How to Find Support Articles in the Mercell Community

The Mercell Community has a direct connection to the Knowledge Base, letting you quickly find support articles from the Community.

While using the Mercell Community, locate the search bar at the top of the page. Type in a specific product or keyword and the federated search will automatically pick out the most relevant articles and display them in the dropdown menu.

If you hit the Enter key after typing in your search (or clicking “VIEW ALL”) you will be redirected to a new page where you can see even more articles. You can then find the relevant article from the list. Easy peasy!

And there you have it! You should now know how to find our Knowledge Base and how to access its support articles, both from the Knowledge Base and the Mercell Community.
