At Mercell, we’re working hard to make the bidding process easier, always improving our products and services to help you work smarter, not harder. In April, we rolled out some new updates for Mercell Bidding, primarily around how you view and search for notices.

Find a Tender notices can be opened in Notice Viewer
Previously, we would show you Find a Tender notices in a specific format, and the original notice would be missing from our Notice Viewer. Now suppliers can see the full details of the original Find a Tender notices in Notice Viewer.

- Clicking on a Find a Tender notice will open it, letting you see and read all the details as needed

Suppliers can now more easily read information in notices and opportunities.
Search and Filter options added to My Opportunities
Previously, suppliers were unable to search through and filter the items they had saved in My Opportunities. This made it difficult to find specific notices and information if you’d saved a lot of tenders and opportunities We’ve now enabled search and filter options in My Opportunities.
This is how Mercell Bidding can help you
- Open the My Opportunities page and click the Search & Filters button on the right hand side of the page.
- From the options that appear you can search for keywords, contracting authorities and others
- You can also filter by location, opportunity type, deadline, language, and CPV codes, to name a few
Here’s why it matters to you
Suppliers can more easily find their saved opportunities in the My Opportunities page by using the new filtering and search options. Filter by deadlines to never miss out on an opportunity, or search for a specific keyword to find certain opportunities.
