We’re in the process of upgrading our customers to the new Mercell Bidding Platform, which will put more options into our customers’ hands, offering improved tools and increased flexibility.
In this article we’ll cover buy side organisation and user management in the platform.
Organisation Management
The new organisation management tools allow you to make easy changes to information about your organisation found in Mercell Bidding: organisation name, country, and registry number. You can also set your organisation as an active or inactive user of the platform.
From there it’s also possible to add new units to your organisation or move it to become a subunit of a different organisation.
User Management
User Management is found in the Settings, in the same area as Organisation Management, by selecting the cog icon from the left-hand sidebar. From here users can be added and removed from your organisation. You can also set users as active or inactive, determining their access to Mercell Bidding.
Editing a user allows you to change their information, but also their roles, preferences and email notifications. Changing their roles will alter the level of access they have available to them in Mercell Bidding. Depending on your organisation’s subscription, you can award or change a person’s licences. Certain users can also check their own or others’ monitoring profiles that have been set up in the system.
