AI used in the Tendering process?

Any of You already using AI in the Tendering - Finance process?AI is an hot topic in discussions within our Tampere University. We have just decided the guidelines and which programs are preferable to be used.We have been using AI for a year now in the process of invoices. AI check that the data is accurant and place of cost are correct. It has been an very educational progress and more projects are coming up.

Aanbestedingsdocumenten inzien van andere aanbestedende diensten

Hi, Het is soms interessant om te zien hoe andere aanbestedende diensten een bepaalde opdracht hebben aanbesteed, door hun stukken in te kijken. Van elkaar kunnen we leren. Ik loop er tegen aan dat dit niet (meer?)  inzichtelijk is in Mercell. Ik krijg bij een doorschakeling via TenderNed naar Mercell enkel het ‘voorblad’ van reeds afgeronde aanbestedingen te zien krijg. Weet iemand of deze stukken na afronding van een aanbesteding in Mercell nog openbaar inzichtelijk zijn? En zo ja, waar deze te vinden zijn?  Groet, AmberEdit:Hi,It is sometimes interesting to see how other contracting authorities have tendered a particular assignment by looking at their documents. We can learn from each other. I encounter the issue that this is no longer visible in Mercell. When I am redirected via TenderNed to Mercell, I only see the 'cover page' of already completed tenders.
